That’s why we created Koikoi: a smart guest experience platform designed to make life smoother, enjoyable and beneficial for both travelers and the hotels that host them.
We’re originally a software team from Japan, and our name — Koikoi — comes from the traditional Hanafuda 🎴 card game.
In Japanese, “こいこい” means “come, come!” — a friendly invitation to continue, play a bit more, and stay a little longer.
That’s exactly what we aim to create: more moments of connection, comfort, and joy between hotels and their guests.
